Missions Interlink –  An Australian network for global missions offers Re-Entry Retreat (RER) is for all cross-cultural workers in transition.  Transition is a time to grieve and share the loss of leaving and to have reflection on and discussion about change and adjusting to life in Australia, not just for adults but for the whole family.  One of the most encouraging things about this retreat is being with others who have gone through and understand the life of transitions, change and service in a cross-cultural setting. That is true for kids as well as adults. The other is having time with God to process things. MissionPREP –  Canadian based organization committed to enhancing the long-term effectiveness of Christians serving in cross-cultural mission. Located in Ontario, Canada, and based on the debrief model used by MTI, RE-VIEW is a five-day period of reflection for cross-cultural workers (individuals, couples, and families) in transition. RE-VIEW staff advises attending this debrief after an initial 2-3 months of resettling in the attendee’s passport country. Le Rucher Ministries – A Debriefing & Counseling Center, Le Rucher is located in France, 5km (3 miles) west of the Swiss border, and 18 km from the center of Geneva. Member Care services provide both routine debriefing and crisis debriefing for individuals, families or teams, brief counselling, and training courses. Le Rucher South Africa – Located close to Pretoria, Le Rucher sessions with a debriefer will be focused on your individual journey. Debriefing sessions are scheduled from Monday to Friday and include time for personal reflection and processing. The process takes four and a half days to complete. Penhurst Retreat Center  – Penhurst is a small Christian Retreat Center specializing in support for mission partners, cross cultural workers, and full-time Christian workers from the UK and overseas. Excelling Leaders: Radiant Life Retreats Located at Three Mile Lake in Paw Paw, Michigan. Radiant Life Retreat (RLR) is a 9-day, small group debrief and wellness experience for individuals, couples, and families.
